 What I did:

    • Onboarded new hires, sent background checks and I-9 verification

    • Assisted with creating and sending performance reviews

    • Packaged and shipped conference materials

    • Set up company accounts on Facebook and Twitter

    • Organized active, inactive, and confidential files

    • Sent NDAs via DocuSign to interview candidates

    • Monitored DocuSign and electrically filed agreements from consultants, vendors, and employees

    • Organized accounting binders ad created labels

    • Filed expense reports and invoices

    • Packaged and sent out checks

    • Researched Bill.com to consider purchasing their services

    • Researched D&B packages, performed a cost analysis, and purchased a package for Calyxo to use

    • Assisted with organizing FedEx data in Excel

    • Received POs and DDRs to create SOs

    • Packaged devices, updated distribution logs, and printed shipping labels

    • Recorded sales in QuickBooks

    • Created invoices in QuickBooks and sent them to customers and sales representatives

    • Sent parts and trunk stock to sales representatives
